There are two ways to register for summer camp. You may apply in person at any of the times listed below. In addition, you can download the forms and mail them in.

2008 Camp Registration Dates:
January 26^th 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
February 5^th 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
February 16^th 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
March 8^th 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m..
March 15^th 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
April 5^th 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
April 19^th 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
May 17^th 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
May 31^st 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Any campers between the ages of 5 – 12 are eligible to register. All forms will be completed at the time of registration so please have all insurance, emergency contact information (two local contacts and one out-of-area contact) and a copy of birth certificate, passport or current report card ready.

We have established an early registration for returning campers and EDW Council Members. We hope you will come out and take advantage of the early registration. All of our early indications point to a full camp in the 2008 Camp Season. So to avoid any wait lists get your paperwork in early.

Session Dates:
Session 1: June 16 - June 20
Session 2: June 23 - June 27
Session 3: June 30 - July 3 (closed on July 4th)
Session 4: July 7 - July 11
Session 5: July 14 - July 18
Session 6: July 21 - July 25
Session 7: July 28 - August 1
Session 8: August 4 - August 8
Session 9: August 11 - August 15

Each session is $220, except for Session 3 which is $200. EDW Council members receive a 10% discount. Families with two or more siblings registered for simultaneous sessions receive 10% off all children after the first.

Core Camp Hours:
9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

We offer AM and PM Extended Day (prices per session):
Extended AM: 7:00 – 9:00: $40.00
Extended PM: 3:30 – 6:00: $40.00.

Session Schedule:
Parents will be provided with a session overview on Monday of every session. This overview of events offers some incite into your child's daily activities. Special events or additional information will be on display in the camp room on our "What's Happening" board. Parents please take a moment to check the board regularly.
