Main Hall Rental and Pricing
Banquet Hall rental rate - Non-catered event: $3,000
Any event that does not require catering from the Knights of Columbus may rent the main ballroom. The basic rental fee includes five (5) hour use of the room rented, tables, chairs, and one table cloth per table.
Lower Lounge rental rate - Non-catered event: $800
Banquet Hall rental rate - Catered event: $1,500
When you enlist the services of the Knights of Columbus professional catering staff,
headed by Executive Chef Ernest Todd (biography),
the room rent is reduced to $1,500 in addition to the cost of the catering. Please see the catering options and pricing the Knights of Columbus has to offer.
Lower Lounge rental rate - Catered event: $500
Main Hall Rental times and options
The Club reserves the right to rent the Main Ballroom twice a day. The suggested time slots are flexible to customize events to your needs:
Daytime: 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Afternoons: 3:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Evening: 6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
(Times apply to weekends, including Fridays. Morning start times may be earlier than 9:00 a.m. to accommodate breakfast meetings if prior arrangements have been made.)
All day rental
To accommodate midday receptions and allow for flexibility in decorating time, the Knights of Columbus will allow for the reservation of the Main Ballroom for the entire day for an additional $1,000.
Deposit information
To reserve a hall, the Knights of Columbus requires a $1000 deposit for the main Hall and a $500 deposit for Paradise Lounge or Council Home at time of booking and execution of a contract.
